The boxing match is set November 12 (November 13 in the Philippines) at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nevada.
House Secretary General Marilyn Barua-Yap explained that the lawmakers are not required to specify their destination since the match date falls during the one-month break of Congress.

Catalina Bagasina, Negros Occidental Rep. Alfredo Benitez, Davao del Sur Rep. Mark Douglas Cagas, Zamboanga del Sur Rep. Aurora Cerilles, Cavite Rep. Antonio Ferrer, Kasangga Rep. Teodorico Haresco, Bagong Henerasyon Rep. Bernadette Herrera-Dy, Zamboanga del Norte Rep. Seth Jalosjos, Caloocan Rep. Oscar Malapitan, Yakap Rep. Carol Jayne Lopez, Davao Rep. Karlo Nograles, Manila Rep. Rosenda Ocampo, Lanao del Sur Rep. Hussein Pangandaman, Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez, Taguig Rep. Sigfrido Tinga, Nueva Ecija Rep. Czarina Umali, and Misamis Oriental Rep. Peter Unabia.
Manila Rep. Amado Bagatsing meanwhile confirmed that he will be watching the bout but did not seek travel authority from the House of Representatives.
